MATHia remains one of the few tools in this segment that shows how it avoids doing the homework for the student, with hints that get more specific as they are requested and mastery that stops rising if they are abused. Carnegie Learning still publishes no price figure on its own site, only a demo request and a sales phone number, and its privacy policy, dated October 2022, still never names FERPA even though it does cite COPPA once, which does not stop the independent review The Learning Standard from still scoring it 29 out of 100 for lack of practical transparency toward families. The site touts a '2025 RAND Study' that actually links a 2023 flyer about the same predecessor Cognitive Tutor trial from 2007 to 2013, not new research.

What its own users repeat in the August 23, 2026 sweep:

• Carnegie Learning publishes no price figure for MATHia on any official page: the only route is requesting a demo or talking to sales (strong theme)
