Why look for a NaturalReader alternative

Reading this file leaves a tool split into two halves that do not resemble each other. App stores rate it high, 4.2 with 2,400 ratings on the Chrome store and 4.6 with 8,800 on the App Store, but the sites where the service is reviewed rather than the software collapse: 1.4 out of 5 across 27 reviews on SmartCustomer, with dated complaints about billing, cancellation and support that starts and ends with a bot. A university knowledge base adds the technical limit no store mentions, that document formatting is lost entirely, headings, lists, bold, images and links included.
